Special Education Hosts Open House
On February 11th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm the Special Services Office hosted an open house at the District Office Board Room. Standing by to discuss Special Services were: Special Services Director Cristin Blaskowitz, and itinerant staff including Speech/Language Pathologists Joanne Barrett-Quirk and Patricia Bingham, Occupational Therapist Tena Keuning, and School Psychologists Dr. Jerry Henderson and Kelly Mainard.
Itinerants had presentations on their various fields and roles in the schools. Mrs. Blaskowitz had samples of curricula and was available to answer questions about the provision of special services in the Eatonville School District and goals for the future.
